A Successful Computer Due To DiscountElectronics and Saul My DiscountElectronics order just before Christmas for a Lenovo Thinkpad was fulfilled very rapidly. Since I had difficulty setting up the computer, the company assigned a Support Technician, Saul, to help me. We had not completed the setup when a critical personal situation required my full attention for several months. Last week, in April, I finally had time available, so I emailed DiscountElectronics and requested that, if possible, Saul might be reassigned to finish the job for me, even though it was my fault that it was stopped midway, months ago.
