We had not completed the setup when a critical personal situation required my full attention for several months. Last week, in April, I finally had time available, so I emailed DiscountElectronics and requested that, if possible, Saul might be reassigned to finish the job for me, even though it was my fault that it was stopped midway, months ago. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my problem.
