I've received two calls and an email today apologizing for the delay with promises of a complete refund of shipping charges. I was also thanked for helping them realize there was a glitch in the new website regarding shipping that they will now fix. The speed and sincerity in making it right is more in line with what Discount Electronics is known for: Exemplary product and great customer service. I recommend their services without reservation. Oh. And they have the best hold music ever!
