GBOrdered a replacement power supply… Ordered a replacement power supply board from Encompass for my TCL TV on a Thursday afternoon. It was delivered within 24 hours! The part works perfectly. Have used for only 2 days at this time, but purchased a 2 year replacement warranty with the part. Looking forward to years of use. Customer service was easy to reach. They were helpful and friendly.

GBLG Gas Double Oven Convection Valerie made it possible for me to place a much needed order. New stove, missing broiler pan?? Valerie spent time answering all my questions and made sure I ordered the correct pan, for my stove model. Important to note, LG.COM was useless for help. GBEncompass Provides Great Service A part on our Sharp microwave broke and I call Encompass and was fortunate to connect with LaTashia Perry who was very efficient in finding the part needed and assisting with the overnight order. Great service but the Service Person (Ms. Perry) was the best part of the experience.
