GBWhat a bunch of lying scammers I ordered overnight delivery for a part I needed immediately, my business depends on it. This was on a Friday, and I immediately got noticed that it had been packaged and sent out for shipping. Bear in mind I paid nearly double for overnight shipping. Did not arrive Saturday. Not Sunday. Called on Monday and was told I would definitely get it that day... as the weekend held up the delivery. Did NOT get it on Monday. Called Encompass back on Tuesday and they flat out refused to reimburse me for the overnight delivery. It finally arrived on Tuesday. An overnight delivery ordered on Friday. Completely false advertising! What a joke of a business.

He explained all the pricing and any discounts available. He was professional, courteous, and friendly! I enjoyed my experience very much! I told him to take the rest of the day off! GBGwen is the first person in a long time… Gwen is the first person in a long time who actually DOES her job, and does it well, pleasantly and completely. I needed to return the wrong shipped part and reorder the correct. The first group included a man who didn't think we did . . .? The next were two earnest women who, nonetheless shipped the opposite of what I needed. Then we find Gwen. Don't lose her! Companies have failed for lack. I received pleasant (actually very) service, the correct order, return label and, for the first time, complete documentation. Folks, I can't tell you how important it is to have this level of competence in your attempt to survive in the business world. Better do right by this woman or she may take it elsewhere
