Valerie spent time answering all my questions and made sure I ordered the correct pan, for my stove model. Important to note, LG.COM was useless for help. GBWe had an issue where we kept being… We had an issue where we kept being told a part was on Back Order with changing ETA's and then we checked once again and were told the part showed it being delivered. After some time we did end up getting a new part shipped and the old part credited back. Gwenn was a great help!
