CANightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

GBI made a mistake in how I signed up for… I made a mistake in how I signed up for the Smilebox service. I contacted Smilebox, and they worked with me to find out what went wrong when I signed up. They ultimately explained what happened, what my options were, and then quickly refunded part of the subscription cost when I chose the correct plan for me. I was completely satisfied with the help they provided. From my experience, I can state that Smilebox is genuine, helpful, and interested in keeping their customers happy.
