GBDelta 2 So far, so good... Bought the Ecoflow Delta 2 back in Oct 23 along with the 100w flexible solar panel for an short duration emergency backup system as part of the household push for less dependence on the grid after installing a Solar PV & battery earlier in the year. (No EPS) During a planned electricity meter change, albeit not for long we were able to maintain power to the wi-fi, computers and printers as my wife works from home. I plan/hope not to use the Delta 2 on a regular basis but gives piece of mind if/when the power drops out at home or need an extra push using off site power tools

DEWorst energy company in the world Worst energy company in the world. I bought a whole set for my house in South Africa. Was delivered 3 weeks late, worked for two weeks and still waiting for feedback. I'm not the only one in SA complaining. HelloPeter has a lot of complaints from South Africans. They are the worst!!!!

GBDon’t buy direct from them Don’t buy direct from them. Ordered and tried to change a model within 30 min. I could not cancel - too late for that. So 10 days later the original model arrives- I refuse the delivery. They contact me and I explain I wanted to cancel. So it goes back to the sender. It has now been 8 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money back. Upon email contact- they respond in poor English with info variation of the same information. That they are sorry and that it was processed. I paid with a debit card. They state they refunded me via pay pal and to take it up with them. It’s all absolutely terrible. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such diabolical service. Stay away from that shop if you value your sanity.

GBThe product is probably mediocre and… The product is probably mediocre and other products may be better. The real problem is customer service and support, misinformation or no response. Also, they sell you something one day and two weeks later there is a new and better deal or product. Further, no support on accessories. They have been out of extension cables and stands for rigid panels for six months. They just don't care about the customer, just their tech egos.

GBUk customer support seems not to exist in Uk I had one product which I was happy with delivery ,quality etc. 3 stars only for experience with first order otherwise it would be minimum. So I decided to buy another product. On website was stated delivery from UK or French storage on7-8 days. Waiting already month!!!! And product was sent from China! I contacted all possible emails. I was adviced sit silence and wait. Uk website is rubbish for customer support. All support from China. Where is eu customer support????? I gave them time to deliver this week or I rise a case with paypal. Requested refund already-we will ses how fast problem will be resolved. As Support is a joke!!! Order EFUK-14594 Placed on December 21, 2023 at 5:48 pm It was allegedly picked up on 26 December by Udel from China-some shady delivery company.
