Faulty Refurbished Product - Don’t Trust Ordered a refurbished Delta 2 Extra Battery. Shown as in stock however took over two weeks for delivery and then its faulty. They say it has to go for repair, when legally as faulty for been should be replaced. Delays and faulty units make Ecoflow an unreliable partner for any serious user - as when things go wrong it start wrong they just don’t step up!

The product is probably mediocre and… The product is probably mediocre and other products may be better. The real problem is customer service and support, misinformation or no response. Also, they sell you something one day and two weeks later there is a new and better deal or product. Further, no support on accessories. They have been out of extension cables and stands for rigid panels for six months. They just don't care about the customer, just their tech egos.

Delta 2 So far, so good... Bought the Ecoflow Delta 2 back in Oct 23 along with the 100w flexible solar panel for an short duration emergency backup system as part of the household push for less dependence on the grid after installing a Solar PV & battery earlier in the year. (No EPS) During a planned electricity meter change, albeit not for long we were able to maintain power to the wi-fi, computers and printers as my wife works from home. I plan/hope not to use the Delta 2 on a regular basis but gives piece of mind if/when the power drops out at home or need an extra push using off site power tools

Three years ago I would have given… Three years ago I would have given EcoFlow 5 stars for there costumer service, today I would give them maybe one. And that would be only because they picked up the phone. Nothing has come out of the last three calls I have made simply to get a user manual that didn't come with the delta 2 I bought. Thanks for nothing.. John McClallen

Support is Not Good … Their customer support is their biggest flaw. Anyone you get on the phone has no power to do anything. Basically an answering service at best. They want everything via email and response times are slow. True support and customer service doesnt exist.
