GBI purchased a Ecoflow River 2 Pro… I purchased a Ecoflow River 2 Pro December 2023, and today I used the AC power supply and it there is a ticking sound from the inside. I called Ecoflow and spoke to a Joshua who gave me a hard time and wanted to update the Firmware which is updated and asked to reboot the the power supply and call back in one hour to speak to tech support. These are stalling tactics. Reported this interaction to the California State Attorney offices for review. The Ecoflow should not be ticking when in use. Joshua refused to let me speak to his supervisor.

GBDisgusting aptitude!!! I order the discounted package of solar panels and Eco flow 2 power pack. The solar panels arrived quickly. But 6 weeks later I’m still waiting for the power pack battery. I must have wrote 10 emails now to enquire what and where my package is. Just get fob off with excuses. This is turning out to be a bad and really expensive mistake. Go elsewhere for an alternative option. EcoFlow don’t deliver as they promised.

GBThe product is probably mediocre and… The product is probably mediocre and other products may be better. The real problem is customer service and support, misinformation or no response. Also, they sell you something one day and two weeks later there is a new and better deal or product. Further, no support on accessories. They have been out of extension cables and stands for rigid panels for six months. They just don't care about the customer, just their tech egos.

GBPlease tell me what you have done to even contact me, since your 1 and only email promised you would do. You haven't done anything at all never mind replace this awful mower please. Dear Devia, Why do you continue to play these games. You raise a query with T P that I have already replied. You hope I will not reply in 3 days, so it is removed, but I answer you. But you not me. Then this repeats again. The so called perfect mower was a perfect gift for 77 year old disabled war pensioner. But please again...... read my complaints . Al your silly queries are answered there. Please change it ad I will not embarrass my son, who bought this as a top gift for me. I will not ask for his bank details. GBProduct is perahps good. Peripherals and Support are terrible I think that the products may be good value, but the customer support is shocking. They stall and ask for every piece of information, sometimes several times. My problem was eventually solved by a facebook member who advised buying a new charging cable from amazon - which did fix the problem of it not charging from solar. All Ecoflow did was to ask questions and take days to reply.
