GBOutstanding service I had reason to call Rangemaster this afternoon for advice and confirmation of a part number for our fridge freezer. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon who was able to explain what I needed to do with regard to correcting a warning light whilst also directing me to the appropriate replacement water filter. I am indebted to her for help, affable manner and genuine enthusiasm to assist. What a refreshing experience to be looked after by someone who actually cared and well done to Rangemaster for building within their staff of a sense of ownership. Fantastic.

GBPoor design and performance. I bought an extractor hood to go with my new Rangemaster stove which does not deserve the badge stuck on to it. Poorly designed and mass produced with no obvious technical design merit. Bent metal screwed together in a haphazard way. Lots of noise with little extraction. Gauze filters do not fit without the intervention. Buy something else.

GBAmazing customer service from the team… Amazing customer service from the team to resolve an issue with our Rangemaster. Agreed to send out replacement items free of charge and arrived within a couple of days - other companies need to follow your act, frankly brilliant and so easy to contact.

GBExcellent service We have just had our range master deluxe fitted. The service was excellent from start to finish. Julian and Dwayne did an excellent job and made sure everything was explained and that everything was spot on before they left.
