GBReplacement Sink plug I contacted Rangemaster as my sink plug had broken. Sink had been installed 14 months previously but kitchen fitters did not pass on guarantee details. Problems sorted immediately via email with Jade and she immediately replied and sent me a replacement. V impressed with after sales service.

GBProduct and warranty issues I recently purchased a Rangemaster Fridge Freezer and encountered issues with the warranty and the unit itself. I initially spoke with Charley, who, without prompting escalated the issues to her manager. I then spoke with Shannon who advised me of the options open to me and a way forward to resolve the issues. Both were very professional, polite, knowledgable and courteous to my dilemma. A very worthwhile encounter cant thank them, or Rangemaster enough.

GB5 stars given for excellent customer service 5 stars given for excellent customer service by Shannon who arranged for the replacement of my rangemaster fridge freezer which had broken whilst under warranty and couldn't be repaired by the engineer. My model of fridge freezer wasn't available so she arranged for an upgrade to a newer model. Very happy customer.

AUCustomer service with Jade C was amazing I called Rangemaster customer service as I needed the serial number for the cooker at my uncles. As my uncles away, he asked me to organise repair. I eventually was transferred to Jade C. from customer service, she was absolutely amazing. As Im only visiting London from Australia and am not familiar how things work here Jade C. really helped me. She went above and beyond to try help me locate the serial number. Even though we weren't able to locate it, she gave me other solutions to help me with my issue. Thank you Jade C.. you are amazing!
