GBpurchased a kettle 9 months ago the… purchased a kettle 9 months ago the metal label is coming off , been told by rangemaster its wear and tear ( no picture requested by them so the have no idea what fault looks like.) i expect better from a company like this and staff were not helpful at all. Answer was sent you email it states wear and tear reply to email if your not happy. Wow great customer service

NLVery disappointing Very disappointing. The top oven stopped working after two years of use. The bottom oven door does not shut propperly anymore and all the signs and numbers have worn off from around the knobs so you have to guess what you choose when swiching on the hob or the oven. Bad quality all together!

GBReplacement Sink plug I contacted Rangemaster as my sink plug had broken. Sink had been installed 14 months previously but kitchen fitters did not pass on guarantee details. Problems sorted immediately via email with Jade and she immediately replied and sent me a replacement. V impressed with after sales service.
