I’m 60 and now I don’t feel it! Everything is explained very well with different options so can do the position that suits you most. Questions are always answered if you need to chat to Lucas . GBClear, Concise, and Compelling The videos are excellent for the following reasons: he speaks clearly with no added irrelevant stories, there are never the “uh,” “um” “like” “you know” superfluous interruptions in his speech pattern, which means he has carefully thought about his content and what he wants to say. The videos are expertly filmed. He often uses anatomy illustrations that succinctly describe the stretch, etc., giving you a much clearer understanding.

DOThe yoga videos are really great and effective!!!! Yoga body videos are very clear in the info they provided , the person that give them is an expert in his field so you can trust the information and are not too long . I have found using the exercises pretty often because are easy to do and quick . I do my breathing before going to work and at night. They are really great and effective!!!!

THI appreciate Luca's classes I appreciate Luca's classes, both free and paid for. I recently ordered his breathing class and loved it. His yoga and body stretching classes are honest in that they don't contain inflated claims and are accessible to elder yogis. He is friendly, clear, concise, and thus is easy to understand. He offers highly informative practices and knowledge. Definitely one of my main go-tos when I want to work on injuries and better my practice. Grateful.

GBHip opening challenge I have completed the hip opening challenge and am working my way through the science of stretching. Both are very helpful. The hip challenge helped me the most. Lucas demonstrated everything from multiple angles and his cuing is very thorough and informative. I have totally bought into his 4-8 breathing method he demonstrates as well. Great for all yoga practice regardless of the platform.
