GBCan rate these programs highly enough Can rate these programs highly enough. I’ve done the hip opener and now on stretches. My body flexibility now is so much better and my overall fitness. I’m 60 and now I don’t feel it! Everything is explained very well with different options so can do the position that suits you most. Questions are always answered if you need to chat to Lucas . SGScience of Stretching is great, even for experienced yogis I have finished the 4-week Science of Stretching course and while I have practised yoga for more than 15 years, I noticed today at my regular yoga class that suddenly certain poses that I could never do have become accessible to me. Lucas' 15 min stretch sessions are also a great night time pre-sleep routine, helping both me (and my daughter who listens to his calming class while I practise in her room) fall asleep soundly. The explanations are clear and easy to follow for non yogis. The many options make each stretch accessible and easily scale up to challenging regardless of level. Am glad I purchased the course and can't wait to see even more benefits as I continue with the practice.

DOThe yoga videos are really great and effective!!!! Yoga body videos are very clear in the info they provided , the person that give them is an expert in his field so you can trust the information and are not too long . I have found using the exercises pretty often because are easy to do and quick . I do my breathing before going to work and at night. They are really great and effective!!!!
