GBI Love your programs I Love your programs. I started with the Hip opener series after hurting my knee. After two weeks I realized that my knee was not the issue it was my hip mobility. After years of wearing heels and running Marathons & Hakf Marathons I thought my running days were over- but thanks to the strength & stretch series I have started running again. I am 73 yrs old and Running has been my go to exercise. I can’t thank you enough for providing such excellent videos with clear explanations and various options for each exercise to accommodate our various abilities. Lucas & Camilo you are both excellent! Keep up the great work🙌

GBGreat options with easy to follow content I have ordered and tuned in to multiple classes, workshops, and podcasts from Yogabody over the past four years and have always found the content to be easy to follow, clear, and just the right level of pushing me forward. SGScience of Stretching is great, even for experienced yogis I have finished the 4-week Science of Stretching course and while I have practised yoga for more than 15 years, I noticed today at my regular yoga class that suddenly certain poses that I could never do have become accessible to me. Lucas' 15 min stretch sessions are also a great night time pre-sleep routine, helping both me (and my daughter who listens to his calming class while I practise in her room) fall asleep soundly. The explanations are clear and easy to follow for non yogis. The many options make each stretch accessible and easily scale up to challenging regardless of level. Am glad I purchased the course and can't wait to see even more benefits as I continue with the practice.

GBLife changer?? Yes it is! These programs are so well crafted and Lucas’ demeanor and approach were perfect for me to start and stay motivated to maintain consistency. He tells you the why while you are in pose and they just work. I purchased both Science of Stretching and Hip Opening and most pleased with both.

ZAHighly recommended Currently on Week 4 of Science of Stretching an I love it. While I am not new to yoga or stretching this programme has been incredibly valuable. The stretches are effective and very well demonstrated and explained in the videos. The videos are so relaxing. They are the perfect end to an intense workout or as something to do on its own if I don't have the time or energy for a full workout. I highly recommend this programme.
