GBLife changer?? Yes it is! These programs are so well crafted and Lucas’ demeanor and approach were perfect for me to start and stay motivated to maintain consistency. He tells you the why while you are in pose and they just work. I purchased both Science of Stretching and Hip Opening and most pleased with both.

SGScience of Stretching is great, even for experienced yogis I have finished the 4-week Science of Stretching course and while I have practised yoga for more than 15 years, I noticed today at my regular yoga class that suddenly certain poses that I could never do have become accessible to me. Lucas' 15 min stretch sessions are also a great night time pre-sleep routine, helping both me (and my daughter who listens to his calming class while I practise in her room) fall asleep soundly. The explanations are clear and easy to follow for non yogis. The many options make each stretch accessible and easily scale up to challenging regardless of level. Am glad I purchased the course and can't wait to see even more benefits as I continue with the practice.

CAIt does not get any better than the Yogabody experience! I purchased the hip opener program for my husband and he absolutely loved it! He no longer goes to his osteopath for treatment as this program does wonders for him! I purchased the 21 day breathing program and enjoy doing it before bed. I have an exceptionally stressful job and would often wake up throughout the night as my mind wasn't settled. All I can say is BUY THIS PROGRAM NOW!! My sleep score on my smart watch used to be in the 70s; with this program, I am hitting scores between 86-89!!! I fall asleep instantly, sleep throughout the night, and beat my alarm. GBHip opening challenge I have completed the hip opening challenge and am working my way through the science of stretching. Both are very helpful. The hip challenge helped me the most. Lucas demonstrated everything from multiple angles and his cuing is very thorough and informative. I have totally bought into his 4-8 breathing method he demonstrates as well. Great for all yoga practice regardless of the platform.
