GBClear, Concise, and Compelling The videos are excellent for the following reasons: he speaks clearly with no added irrelevant stories, there are never the “uh,” “um” “like” “you know” superfluous interruptions in his speech pattern, which means he has carefully thought about his content and what he wants to say. The videos are expertly filmed. He often uses anatomy illustrations that succinctly describe the stretch, etc., giving you a much clearer understanding.

GBI Love your programs I Love your programs. I started with the Hip opener series after hurting my knee. After two weeks I realized that my knee was not the issue it was my hip mobility. After years of wearing heels and running Marathons & Hakf Marathons I thought my running days were over- but thanks to the strength & stretch series I have started running again. I am 73 yrs old and Running has been my go to exercise. I can’t thank you enough for providing such excellent videos with clear explanations and various options for each exercise to accommodate our various abilities. Lucas & Camilo you are both excellent! GBJust tried out the 4 week science of… Just tried out the 4 week science of stretching. It was great to learn about the breath control aspect of stretching along with the importance of holding a stretch. Will certainly use more of Lucas' courses.
