GBGreat food and Great Customer service! I have been using BistroMD for several months now and it's great! Not only are the meals superb and healthy but their customer service is 10 out of 10! I have called now twice (to change my delivery dates etc) and both times Morgan has taken care of me like family! Once, when Fedex did not deliver my meals, she was quick to send the refund as well. I could not imagine a company that has a better service and a better attitude!

GBI spoke with Emily I spoke with Emily this morning. She was helpful in all the ways a customer wants. Congratulations Bistro MD for a quality person like her helping your customers. In addition, if you’re eating the Bistro MD meals, then you know my praise for the food you get. If not I HIGHLY recommend to anyone reading this post, and on the fence to try them out. GBWhat a difference a few months can make! I joined BistroMD a few months ago. It was part of a larger commitment I made to myself during the pandemic to focus o my health. Since starting, I have lost over 40 pounds (60 more to go!) and have regained a bit more control over a key aspect of my life — what I eat! The meals have retrained my eye to healthy portions, reduced the amount of processed food I am consuming and “encouraged” me to have helpings of vegetables every day. This may all sound pretty basic but I know that the hardest changes to make are the “basic” ones. Thanks to all the folks at BistroMD who have contributed to my ongoing success. I’m really on my way to better health!

GBbistro md is great i have been on bistro md since beginning of july. i didnt weigh myself for the first month but i am now down almost 6 months later over 20 lbs. i love the food and meal choices and the big difference between bistro md and other diet meal delivery services is the food is not what i refer to as plastic food in a container. i am really enjoying what i am eating. i also have cholesteral issues and my cholesteral has gone from @200 to 164. my doctor is thrilled. i feel better and healthier. emily in customer service is so knowledgeable and encouraging without the usual attitude you get from most customer service folks. i have recommended bistro md to friends because it really works and is really good.

GBEmily is Great!! Emily in particular is always very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great too. The FedEx office occasionally delivers a day late but when we call it in Emily remembers us and takes care of it right away in a very professional and friendly way.
