GBRude, unhelpful customer service The meals were ok but no real flavor just bland. Customer service however was horrible! While on hold they tell you (over and over) how their friendly helpful customer service staff will resolve any issues you're having but the condescending girl who took my call was neither. She was curt and rude and said things like "maybe you should read the terms again" and "if you ever use another meal company pay attention to the terms". I use multiple meal delivery services and have never had anyone be rude when I've called.

GBThis food is disgusting!! This food is disgusting!!! I contacted them on their website to cancel the subscription because the food is soo gross, but they sent out this nasty food to me anyway- they would not accept this food back and refused to give me a refund - now I am stuck with 2 weeks or more of horrible food that I probably can’t even give away!!! They do not give a guarantee on their food and that is the reason why!!! :/

GBDon't expect miracles Of course it is convenient to have meals prepared and ready to heat & eat. I had no problems with delivery, and even when I substituted a couple of meals I got what I'd asked for. The quality of ingredients is pretty high, for example the meat is the real thing, not glorified lunch meat. Freezing, thawing, heating takes away from the appearance and flavor of the food quite a bit. I can also say that there ended up being more meals that I didn't like than meals that I did like. I think a lot of the seasoning of certain dishes was not to my taste. Portion size would have been adequate if the food was more satisfying. I would not bother to add the extra snacks either, as most were just not that good.

GBBistroMD has helped me maintain lost… BistroMD has helped me maintain lost weight from a 2018 gastric bypass. The GP was just a tool for better health and with my history of weight gain and poor food choices, I knew I would need more tools, guidance, and plans to continue to stay healthy. I joined bistroMD years ago. Over the years, I have randomly purchased meals including breakfast and snacks, and overall, was very pleased. Customer service has always been amazing. Today I spoke with EMILY - another example of why I love this company.

GBWhat a difference a few months can make! I joined BistroMD a few months ago. It was part of a larger commitment I made to myself during the pandemic to focus o my health. Since starting, I have lost over 40 pounds (60 more to go!) and have regained a bit more control over a key aspect of my life — what I eat! The meals have retrained my eye to healthy portions, reduced the amount of processed food I am consuming and “encouraged” me to have helpings of vegetables every day. This may all sound pretty basic but I know that the hardest changes to make are the “basic” ones. Thanks to all the folks at BistroMD who have contributed to my ongoing success. I’m really on my way to better health!
