Milk street kitchin-tan knife falling apart Received a Kitchin-tan knife for a gift last December and the handle is cracking and falling apart by September. When contacted, Milk street said "sorry you bought it too long ago for us to help, good luck" Buyer beware they don't stand behind their products.

Love the knives! I LOVE my Nakiri and the new kitchen-kiji. I admit, I put off ordering for a while, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping. Well! I'm sorry I waited so long. Entirely worth it! Don't punish yourself longer than you have to. If you've been looking at the knives for a while, just order them. Truly great!

We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas… We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.
