GBI loved this magazine when I used to… I loved this magazine when I used to receive it several years ago. I have long since cancelled my subscription and haven't received the magazine in several years. Recently out of nowhere there was an unauthorized and random $50 charge from Milk Street Magazine on my credit card. I emailed Milk Street Magazine customer service and received no response. SHADY. Thank goodness for my credit card's buyer protection. I highly recommend NOT giving this company your personal information.

GBWe ordered the cookbook for a Christmas… We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.

GBLove the knives! I LOVE my Nakiri and the new kitchen-kiji. I admit, I put off ordering for a while, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping. Well! I'm sorry I waited so long. Entirely worth it! Don't punish yourself longer than you have to. If you've been looking at the knives for a while, just order them. Truly great!

GBPackage never received Poor customer service Package never received. Customer service can only be reached through email. I emailed several times and received a generic reply each time saying "we do not have control over delivery delays or shipping timelines...thank you for your patience". They have already charged my credit card while I am waiting for their knife to appear.
