My orders are always great My orders are always great. I am always happy with the high quality items I receive and the sales are terrific. I love trying all the newly products introduced regularly on the Milk Street site that I have never tried before to improve the results of my cooking and I really like the videos on the pages of the products to help me better understand all about how to use that product. Thanks Milk Street!

Received items I ordered Received items I ordered. Experience would have been better with an easier customer tracking system. Also wish there would be a customer service phone number vs. email that just sends you a blanket reply.

Milk street kitchin-tan knife falling apart Received a Kitchin-tan knife for a gift last December and the handle is cracking and falling apart by September. When contacted, Milk street said "sorry you bought it too long ago for us to help, good luck" Buyer beware they don't stand behind their products.
