The field personnel reported that the Transcat shipped the device, in out of specification weather conditions. The device was shipped in below 6 degree weather and it apparently damaged the device because it will not energize.

On 11/30 I followed up for tracking information because the order had not been received. Customer service advised that the order had been pushed out to 12/18 which is 7 weeks (a whole month late). It shipped on 12/22. I needed it over a month ago; the delays in shipping are unacceptable.
