GBRude Driver A transcat driver, tag NJ XGLT40, cut me off on the interstate forcing me to swerve into another lane. I was very obviously in the drivers line of sight. But in an effort to get around the traffic the driver pulled into my lane forcing me to swerve to prevent an accident.

GBTerrible customer service Ugh. Several mixups with a couple of orders, one shipment arrived over a year and a half after the order had been quoted and placed! I wouldn't mind all of that, as the order had been for pipettes and we always need them, and we were all operating in pandemic/post-pandemic time so I'm okay with a lot of problems. But, we were overcharged for shipping (we were charged the entire quoted amount for s/h on the first (partial) shipment (over $100! for one carton)), and then every other carton that came included an additional s/h charge. I spent many hours providing customer service with the documentation they asked for, and they agreed they'd overcharged us, but they would NOT refund the excess charge. I kept asking for a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account, and I kept saying I wanted a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account. I never want to buy another effing pipette from them ever, so I'd really like my refund check!

GBThe original order acknowledgment from … The original order acknowledgment from 10/31 stated that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. On 11/30 I followed up for tracking information because the order had not been received. Customer service advised that the order had been pushed out to 12/18 which is 7 weeks (a whole month late). It shipped on 12/22. I needed it over a month ago; the delays in shipping are unacceptable.

GBWorst experince so far_Transcat Worst experince so far. Accelerometers sent out for calibration, it was delayed 4 times at least. When asked why it was taking too long. They stated that they were waiting for Manufacturer specs. Specs sent by us (requester) no answers then, they shipped them back un-serviced to us , with no comunication nor explanation. Crikets so far...

CATerrible experience in a range of… Terrible experience in a range of aspects from the timeliness and quality of communication to the aggressive and unreasonable pricing imposed with no reasoning but "$3000 minimum charge". Dane Dalton is the person I dealt with - he was rude, did not reply to our communication and when he did the answers to my inquiries were evasive. The simple request for a break down cost of the quote was not addressed. If this is the culture promoted then it is an original and dangerous approach to customer "success".
