GBZOOM Electric Scooters ZOOM Electric Scooters out of California…NEVER SENT NOR OFFERED TO GIVE ME “(6) FREE BATTERY REPLACEMENTS: As Replied from Zoom Electric Scooters & Mopeds, Jun 22, 2022 “We sent the customer free battery replacements, even though they were out of the one year warranty as courtesy. And we actually talked to customer on the phone many times as proven on our phone records, so the comments are highly untrue. Thanks.” I am only stated the TRUTH THAT ZOOMSCOOTERS DID NOT GIVE ME NOT ONE FREE BATTERY. I paid $417.95 on May 18, 2023 for Order#1175 to ZOOMSCOOTERS for (6) Replacement Batteries that ZOOMSCOOTERS ordered from Mighty Max Battery, Edison, NJ. I am only stating the TRUTH THAT I CALLED, EMAILED & CHAT TEXTED WITH ZOOMSCOOTERS on numerous occasions REQUESTING help for a certified mechanic shop I can take this ZOOMSCOOTERS to to have these (6) Batteries Replaced properly. I stated to ZOOMSCOOTERS that if their Customer Service was better customers wouldn’t get so frustrated with them. I purchased the ZOOMSCOOTERS Trike (3 wheels) in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic for a little isolated me time. But, I have since given away. I have NO PROBLEM removing this posted review from TRUSTPILOT about ZOOMSCOOTERS. If you want something simple, fun and NO GAS. It’s a pretty fun thing to have.

GBI’ve had a great experience with the… I’ve had a great experience with the Zoom electric scooter. It has a good amount of power and a range of around 50 miles. It’s comfortable to ride and has cool features like the remote key alarm that prevents the scooter from being pushed when armed. I definitely recommend this electric scooter, it is a good value.

GBUp Date 6/3/23 I would like to give an update a resent review that I wrote about Zoom Scooters. Zoom Scooters did contact me and refunded my $423.00 for the batteries that I ordered on 12/15/22. I feel the workmanship put into the scooters they manufacture is top notch. In true defense to Zoom Scooters, I think their suppliers are probably passing on delivery schedules that they may not be able to keep. Lastly, a breakdown in communication can cause negativity with customers. People like to be kept in the loop.

GBI am trying to get a answer for the… I am trying to get a answer for the problem I have. I live in Wisconsin and it gets pretty cold in the winter. I had my scooter stored in the garage and came out one day to hear a rapid clicking sound. It was coming from my scooter. I turned off the blue switch under the seat and the clicking stopped. But now when it is warm again I flipped the blue switch and put the key in and no power. When I plug the charger in everything works and shows full battery and when I unplug it it's dead again. Can someone please give me some advice on what the problem could be. I only have 15 miles on the scooter.

GBgreat scooter, poor cust service I first purcased a zoom scooter at the end of last summer. It took about 6 weeks to arrive, then my husband tried to purchase a box for it, after several months it still hadn't arrived, after multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded via email, said it was never sent and returned the money. On April 17, I ordered another zoom scooter (along with 2 storage boxes and racks), its now august 24, and still hasn't arrived. I realize shipping takes longer by freight, but over 4 months is way too long to wait. They finally responded when I wrote a negative review and let me know where it was (that was over a month ago), they did offer to refund the money, but I really wanted another scooter (for my hubby). Ive since emailed and called to find out if they would track it again, but they never respond. It does make me wonder how the warranty would work if they are that bad at responding. They really need to figure out a better way to ship these things, so frustrating!!!
