I love my Zoom scooter! I love my Zoom scooter! After researching numerous electric scooters, I found Zoom to be the best value compared to other scooters with similar power and specifications. After I ordered it, it arrived in about 2.5 weeks and came in a sturdy metal crate. It's made my rides around the city alot more fun and parking more convenient. I like the cool minimal look and the ride is smooth and comfortable. It also has convenient features like a trunk for my purse, a USB charging port to charge my phone, and a cupholder.

Awesome scooter BUT… We love our little yellow Zoom. Worked great for almost 1 year then the charger & battery died. Probably my fault, but that’s not the issue. I ordered & paid for a new battery & charger Nov 6, 2022. It’s now Jan 22, 2023 & still no battery or charger. The customer service keeps telling me it’s on the way, even will be here next week (a month ago). That the supplier had backlog due to holidays. But still waiting. I’ve even asked for recommendations of another battery & charger to replace mine, but no luck. Seems there is only one supplier so I am stuck. The scooter is awesome when it works but if you need to replace anything be ready to wait for months…hoping to be able to ride it before the Texas summer heat but as of now it’s a dead scooter in the garage. What a shame.,

New update! This is an update from my review in January. ZOOM did get us the batteries, it did take longer than expected but ZOOM made it happen after my review here. We had trouble installing the new batteries. It is not easy but customer service stayed with us & guided us. Finally got to ride it & realized the speed would not accelerate past 16mph before changing batteries I got it up to 25mph. Again contacted customer service & he helped us right away. Primarily thru email & text. But we got the job done & back riding again. So I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars for the extra support recently. This is such a fun scooter to ride & so quiet! Worth the wait It took almost 8 weeks for my two scooters to arrive but it was well worth the wait. They traveled from one end of the country to the other. In my opinion, Zoom scooters are small electric motorcycles, not at all like electric bicycles. They perform as advertised, plenty fast and very safe. We live in a town well suited for this additional mode of transportation. They are not a replacement for a car which we have not used in 3 days. We are in our 60's and having more fun than ever. Saving on gas, yes and I bet they will be extremely reliable and economical to drive.
