GBGreat Customer Service, thanks Ken It took a little longer than promised, about 2 weeks late, but the sales manager Ken responded to my texts and actually personally delivered my scooter to my home He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the scooter and hung around for a half hour while I test drove it. That is top notch customer service! Thanks, Ken!! Now wherever I drive my scooter everyone says the same thing, “I want one!”

GBNew update! This is an update from my review in January. ZOOM did get us the batteries, it did take longer than expected but ZOOM made it happen after my review here. We had trouble installing the new batteries. It is not easy but customer service stayed with us & guided us. Finally got to ride it & realized the speed would not accelerate past 16mph before changing batteries I got it up to 25mph. Again contacted customer service & he helped us right away. Primarily thru email & text. But we got the job done & back riding again. So I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars for the extra support recently. This is such a fun scooter to ride & so quiet! Thanks for ZOOM’s support!

With the big shortage of drivers in the country now, the shipping is longer these two months especially with the busy season. We state on our website our website that shipping can sometimes take more time during busy seasons. Most other companies in this industry have a 3-4 month wait now due to supply chain shock. GBI am trying to get a answer for the… I am trying to get a answer for the problem I have. I live in Wisconsin and it gets pretty cold in the winter. I had my scooter stored in the garage and came out one day to hear a rapid clicking sound. It was coming from my scooter. I turned off the blue switch under the seat and the clicking stopped. But now when it is warm again I flipped the blue switch and put the key in and no power. When I plug the charger in everything works and shows full battery and when I unplug it it's dead again. Can someone please give me some advice on what the problem could be. I only have 15 miles on the scooter.

GBHave had the scooter for just over a… Batteries showing some signs of wear but still function. It's very cute and draws a lot of attention. Do your research and buy what you like. I chose Zoom because they are an American company, American labor. And comes from Calif. Have Fun !
