Excellent Customer Services I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour. Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

Exceptional Customer Experience I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

Great customer service… I purchased 3 mini-microscopes for grandchildren for Christmas this year. The girls, ages 6 and 8 are having a lot of fun with theirs. When it was discovered that the 3rd microscope did not work. I received prompt and friendly customer service and a replacement has been sent.
