Best customer service ever! My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!

THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!
