I made my purchase but then got targeted with an email containing a discount code. After querying this with MiniLabsters, I was immediately refunded the discount amount with no questions asked. Exceptional Customer Experience I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

Fantastic! I used Paypal and they sent my order to the wrong place. I reached out to MiniLabsters and they sent a new one to the right address right away. Haven't tried the microscope yet since it's a gift. but their customer service? Fantastic!

I would give negative stars if I could I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a mini scope and a fort kit. Both are extremely cheap plastic. The scope does not work to magnify anything - I've tried adjusting everything as suggested and still just seeing a bright, blurry, color block of the item. So disappointing. The fort kit is extremely flimsy and there aren't enough pieces to build a fort at all. I was so excited but now am so disappointed. These were my kid's birthday present and now he can't even use them!! Do not buy this cheap, useless, crap!!!
