GBGreat customer service… I purchased 3 mini-microscopes for grandchildren for Christmas this year. The girls, ages 6 and 8 are having a lot of fun with theirs. When it was discovered that the 3rd microscope did not work. I received prompt and friendly customer service and a replacement has been sent.

GBFantastic! I used Paypal and they sent my order to the wrong place. I reached out to MiniLabsters and they sent a new one to the right address right away. Haven't tried the microscope yet since it's a gift. but their customer service? Fantastic!

GBI would give negative stars if I could I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a mini scope and a fort kit. Both are extremely cheap plastic. The scope does not work to magnify anything - I've tried adjusting everything as suggested and still just seeing a bright, blurry, color block of the item. So disappointing. The fort kit is extremely flimsy and there aren't enough pieces to build a fort at all. I was so excited but now am so disappointed. These were my kid's birthday present and now he can't even use them!! Do not buy this cheap, useless, crap!!!

CAI do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing. CABest customer service ever! My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!
