I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing. The box came in damaged, torn open, bent and un'gift'able. Contacted the customer service and IMMEDIATELY got a response, happy to replace it. I was elated. I would give negative stars if I could I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a mini scope and a fort kit. Both are extremely cheap plastic. The scope does not work to magnify anything - I've tried adjusting everything as suggested and still just seeing a bright, blurry, color block of the item. So disappointing. The fort kit is extremely flimsy and there aren't enough pieces to build a fort at all. I was so excited but now am so disappointed. These were my kid's birthday present and now he can't even use them!! Do not buy this cheap, useless, crap!!!
