I only received 50% of order I only received 2 of the four panels I ordered. Eco worthy keep telling me to wait patiently! I am now contacting the card issuers that I paid for the panels with. Communication with this company is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

Sent a clearly damaged used lithium batteries This company sold a clearly used or returned lithium batterie As well as covered all the warning labels that were according to Canadain law were supposed to be clearly marked on the box for shipping

they shipped me amazon returns as new batteries I bought new natteries and they shipped me amazon returns. And then trying to get service is a big problem since they are in China.

The batteries I bought from eco-worthy… The batteries I bought from eco-worthy had many failures within a year. The Kepworth batteries had no failures so it's not other parts of my setup. I opened one and it was the BMS that failed, the cells still work. Basically they are selling junk, go elsewhere.
