Breast Pump Adapters The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available. The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!

Reached out via Facebook messenger and… Reached out via Facebook messenger and I was contacted within the hour about my issue. Some replacement nipples I had recently purchased began yellowing. Michelle, who I was chatting with, was able to replace the nipples that were affected. I really enjoy Tommee Tippee products and the customer service was good to me too. Thank you!

Did not help Everybody was very nice. Your site says if you needed additional adapters for your pump and go pouches to contact Tommee Tippee. When I finally got on the phone with Tommee Tippee they said I had to get ahold of the seller I bought through. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten an answer to where I can additional small adapter ring for my medella pump.

Excellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.
