Michelle, who I was chatting with, was able to replace the nipples that were affected. I really enjoy Tommee Tippee products and the customer service was good to me too. Thank you!

Very helpful & wonderful customer service The representative that helped me was reliable, honest, totally AWESOME, and more helpful than most people I’ve dealt with in my life. I used Tommee Tippee products for my son who is now two, and am using the same products and even expanding to more Tommee Tippee products with my new son who will arrive in July. There was a day when my son was a month old and we couldn’t figure out what to do about his colic, so we went to the store and bought 20 different pacifiers. Among those were the Day and Night pacifiers, and they were the ONLY ones that worked!!! Tommee Tippee is our ride or die!

Great customer service The chat feature was easy to use and the customer service representative was able to help me get the replacement parts I needed ordered. So far I have really liked the Tommee Tippee products, from the bottles, to the double breast pump, and the service! I just wish there was an option to order additional breast pumps parts, like the body, horn, cup, etc, so that when I’m washing and sanitizing 1set, I can use the backup set. I don’t want to have to buy a whole extra double breast pump set, as the motor works for multiple uses before it needs to be charged.

The soft lighting, gentle music, and tasteful displays created a comforting atmosphere, making us feel at ease while browsing through their carefully curated selection. One thing that leaves me dissatisfied is the pricing. It's a really expensive place, so I recommend calculating everything carefully before making a purchase. Thanks for your work!
