I run a daycare in California and I wrote to the company on Facebook Messenger (after I searched the internet and Amazon for replacement valves for the insulated Sportee Cups) I could not find them anywhere so I would just buy new cups. a awesome guy named Ben wrote me and said that he had sent me some.. so happy!!! GBExcellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.

GBVery helpful & wonderful customer service The representative that helped me was reliable, honest, totally AWESOME, and more helpful than most people I’ve dealt with in my life. I used Tommee Tippee products for my son who is now two, and am using the same products and even expanding to more Tommee Tippee products with my new son who will arrive in July. There was a day when my son was a month old and we couldn’t figure out what to do about his colic, so we went to the store and bought 20 different pacifiers. Among those were the Day and Night pacifiers, and they were the ONLY ones that worked!!! Tommee Tippee is our ride or die!

GBBuyer beware My wireless in-bra pump damaged my skin and customer support had me send them info for a refund to be issued and to be able to return the product. They waited over a week only to offer a different horn size but I’ve already lost my supply from waiting on them. I’m stuck with a pump that can’t be used and lost the ability to provide breast milk for my baby when I went back to work. Worst experience ever

GBBreast Pump Adapters The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available. The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!
