Great support and service I didn't buy the product from an official store, I didn't use it very often, and after 10 months it stopped charging. I wrote to support in the hope that they would tell me which battery is in the product. But they asked me for the serial number of the product and a video of the problem. And a few days later they sent me a new product. It was unexpected and pleasant. It's very cool that the company treats customers like this. I definitely recommend svakom to everyone. The products are also made of quality components and work flawlessly.
