CAI bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site,I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails,It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they replaced it for me. They were great. I don't think there is better customer service in the world. I thank them publicly

UAGreat support and service I didn't buy the product from an official store, I didn't use it very often, and after 10 months it stopped charging. I wrote to support in the hope that they would tell me which battery is in the product. But they asked me for the serial number of the product and a video of the problem. And a few days later they sent me a new product. It was unexpected and pleasant. It's very cool that the company treats customers like this. I definitely recommend svakom to everyone. The products are also made of quality components and work flawlessly.

SEThe Vick works wonderfully as described The Vick works wonderfully as described and promised. The delivery was timely and placed on my doorknob. Great product! Great service! My only complaint is that the satin bag that came with the toy is smaller than the toy and is unusable. How did that happen?

IEHoliday purchase that had a fault.. happy customer Bought a new toy on holiday recently that had a fault. Contacted the warranty team who were excellent. After a few emails to identify the problem, they issued me with a brand new item that just arrived. Great customer service and prompt feedback. This company knows how to deal with their customers. 5 star service. Thanks again for the replacement guys , my partner and I couldn’t be happier.
