GBEase of Receiving Replacement for Faulty Product I purchased a product and had it only 3 months before it stopped working. It was not an inexpensive item and I had only used it 3 times. Customer service was outstanding. Emails were returned within 24 hours. Once I documented the problem a replacement was promptly sent to me. I commend this company for how it handles its customer service

TRThe company that stands behind its product Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge. GB7-10 worth the cash Very good fun injoyable,only thing is better matiral could of been used for the inside to make a more realistck feel then would of been 10-10 but overall good !

SEThe Vick works wonderfully as described The Vick works wonderfully as described and promised. The delivery was timely and placed on my doorknob. Great product! Great service! My only complaint is that the satin bag that came with the toy is smaller than the toy and is unusable. How did that happen?

CAAlex neo 2 was a terrible experience but customer service is great Alex neo 2 was a terrible experience. the sizing is small for a bit over average size. all the speed settings are too fast. seems untested. But after speaking with customer service, they where super helpful and we found an arrangement. I will be a returning customer.
