CAI bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site,I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails,It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they replaced it for me. They were great. I don't think there is better customer service in the world. I thank them publicly

GBEase of Receiving Replacement for Faulty Product I purchased a product and had it only 3 months before it stopped working. It was not an inexpensive item and I had only used it 3 times. Customer service was outstanding. Emails were returned within 24 hours. Once I documented the problem a replacement was promptly sent to me. I commend this company for how it handles its customer service
