ITI bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site a year earlier for my girlfriend. I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails they sent me back the product which arrived in just a few days. It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they even replaced it for me. They were great. I don't think there is better customer service in the world. I thank them publicly

My only complaint is that the satin bag that came with the toy is smaller than the toy and is unusable. How did that happen?
