Ai Phone system upgrade The technician Jose who installed our new Ai Phone system did an excellent job. He was patient and his attention to detail was much appreciated. I would caution that not all of Bay Alarms techs are of the same caliber. I had to send one home because his attitude did not fit our friendly work environment. Other than that, I am really pleased with the results

We made the switch away from ADT We made the switch away from ADT, it's always concerning when you go through a change that is part of every day operations. Our account manager Colleen has been awesome. Going over all the details thoroughly, explaining the process and following up in a timely manner is really the deal. That level of service is something we wish we could get from more of our purveyors! Our install tech was great as well. Very efficient installation and everything was buttoned up at the end. Much appreciated!!

Bay Alarm was a pleasure to work with Bay Alarm was a pleasure to work with, from the sales rep to the technicians. Our install did have some technical issues, we have a commercial facility and made a lot of changes to the layout. They were professional and stuck with it until everything worked perfectly. Any business can be great when things go smoothly but the ones that can get through the difficulties and maintain the service and keep a great attitude are the ones that stand out to me. I will be switching our house over to Bay Alarm as well.

We had a new Bay Alarm security system… We had a new Bay Alarm security system installed today at our place of business in Martinez. We replaced our old Sonitrol system that was outdated. Both Abdul and Vahid were absolutely great! They arrived on time, were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Both were able to answer all our questions as they walked us through the easy-to-use app. They made sure we were comfortable with operating our new system before they left. Stuck it out until everything worked properly! Great customer service! Rick from Bay Alarm was nothing but professional, friendly and also very knowledgeable. We had some issues with the scheduling portion of the system, plus some hardware failure that required him to come back multiple times. He stayed on it and came back several times until everything was working right and we were satisfied. I appreciate his perseverance and always positive attitude.
