They put together a quick invoice of parts I needed and ended up sending me a few extra small parts that helped my install. I inherited this RO system when I bought the house, but i'm happy the previous owner chose this company!

GBI’ve replaced all filters I’ve replaced all filters, the membrane and emptied the tank completely and our water still isn’t drinkable. Over 200ppms. I’ve called customer support several times with no call back from the tech. I was also informed we would have to pay for whatever needs replaced or fixed. We have a different RO system at our other house and have never had any issues with it. I am not convinced that this RO system ever produces drinkable water.

GBCustomer Service Customer Service? How about Customer ROCKSTAR?!?!?!?! Sean took my original contact, picked it up and scored huge for me. My iSpring filter had been my absolute favorite tool for my kitchen, and my fitness. Having spent quite a bit of time houseless, when I was able to get my filter up & running, time & travel revealed a cupla things to sharpen up. Sean listened to what I needed, made a quick decision, and sent a whole new rig, in 2 days!!!! It is amazing to me how a seemingly inconsequential tool, can mean so much, and make such an impact on one's confidence, and honestly, sense of home. Thanks SEAN, & iSWS!!!

GBSean was the gentleman who helped me… Sean was the gentleman who helped me throughout the whole situation regarding if it was time to change the filters and how best to purchase them. Based on pictures I sent him of the filters, especially one with orange dots on it, my warranty and in general his kindness he is sending me a new set of the 3 without charge. He was so good about explaining the process of how the filters work and the general amount of time they last. I would definitely recomment your company to anyone. I am very happy with the healthiness of the water and ease of calling you.
