GBI’ve replaced all filters I’ve replaced all filters, the membrane and emptied the tank completely and our water still isn’t drinkable. Over 200ppms. I’ve called customer support several times with no call back from the tech. I was also informed we would have to pay for whatever needs replaced or fixed. We have a different RO system at our other house and have never had any issues with it. I am not convinced that this RO system ever produces drinkable water.

GBI've had the opportunity to work with Nick Lawson I've had the opportunity to work with Nick Lawson on a couple of occasions. During my first meeting, Nick replaced a part that just surpassed the warranty period and because our proximity was only a couple miles away, Nick offered to drop the part off in my neighborhood. GBGreat Osmosis Unit and Customer Service I bought a RCC7P-AK six stage reverse Osmos system about 30 days ago and installed it myself in the basement because I did not want to give up storing things under our kitchen sink. It is a great unit and the customer service from Shawn was the best. Moving my unit down to the basement required buying some inexpensive extra tubing but was easy to do.
