No back orders have been helpful as we are just getting started as a dealer and we are not able to keep large quantities on hand. Cartons arrives in good condition and timely. Recently became a dealer and the support has been great. Competing with Amazon can be a struggle, we try to enforce the added warranty given to dealers but price matters more to customers.

GBI’ve replaced all filters I’ve replaced all filters, the membrane and emptied the tank completely and our water still isn’t drinkable. Over 200ppms. I’ve called customer support several times with no call back from the tech. I was also informed we would have to pay for whatever needs replaced or fixed. We have a different RO system at our other house and have never had any issues with it. I am not convinced that this RO system ever produces drinkable water.

GBI've had the opportunity to work with Nick Lawson I've had the opportunity to work with Nick Lawson on a couple of occasions. During my first meeting, Nick replaced a part that just surpassed the warranty period and because our proximity was only a couple miles away, Nick offered to drop the part off in my neighborhood. My second opportunity with Nick occurred just last week as Nick exchanged filters for me that fit my new system and took the older filters, still packaged, for an exchange. Nick treated me very fairly

They put together a quick invoice of parts I needed and ended up sending me a few extra small parts that helped my install. I inherited this RO system when I bought the house, but i'm happy the previous owner chose this company!
