GBI’ve replaced all filters I’ve replaced all filters, the membrane and emptied the tank completely and our water still isn’t drinkable. Over 200ppms. I’ve called customer support several times with no call back from the tech. I was also informed we would have to pay for whatever needs replaced or fixed. We have a different RO system at our other house and have never had any issues with it. I am not convinced that this RO system ever produces drinkable water.

GBOutstanding Customer Support from Michelle A part on my RCC7P-AK failed and my system was out of the warranty period. I called Michelle at Customer Support and because the broken part was discontinued, Michelle offered to send me a new replacement entire head unit. iSpring definitely stands behind their product and displayed excellent customer service.

GBGreat customer Service I called because my iSpring pressure tank had a small leak at the top. Sean took my call and asked me to send some pics. I did and he shipped out a new valve for the tank and just like that problem solved. Thanks Sean and 123Filters! Great customer service.

GBMatthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to… Matthew Bahr is ALWAYS available to assist with any and all questions and we have plenty. No back orders have been helpful as we are just getting started as a dealer and we are not able to keep large quantities on hand. Cartons arrives in good condition and timely. Recently became a dealer and the support has been great. Competing with Amazon can be a struggle, we try to enforce the added warranty given to dealers but price matters more to customers.

GBpoor information I found the lack of pertinent information on the website to be frustrating and ordered improper parts because of it. customer service was less than helpful on ways to correct my issue and find a solution. although, they were very helpful in setting up a return.
