GBExcellent machine and exceptional customer service Recently, I noticed a discrepancy between the readings from my TDS meter and the TDS indicator of my G3 system. I then contacted the customer service. To my great surprise, the customer service is so thoughtful and empathic: they provide immediate responses to my inquiries at almost any hour (I even received a reply at 2:30 am!). They patiently listened and understood my needs and strived to resolve issues effectively. I have experienced very impressive and exceptional customer service, and I really appreciate it.

GBPoor Shipping Expectation At time of purchase directly from Waterdrop, online system estimated a delivery of 3-6 days. Tracking information was forwarded to me at completion of sale. However, my order just sat in a "label printed" status. Contacted customer support numerous times, and just received what seems like a standard answer "Please give it a few days." Just clueless about when my order would ship. After two weeks, my order appeared delivered by Amazon. Even stranger, my tracking number states my order is still waiting to be shipped!
