GBG3 and X12 I have a had a G3 system for years with no issues. Moved to a new house (left the G3 at the old house) and upgraded to a X12. The first unit I received died under the initial 5 minute flush and never turned back on. Contacted customer service and received a replacement system a few days later. The 2nd unit was up and running in a few minutes and all is well. Waiting for the refrigerator hookup/small tank for the complete filtering of ice and the pitcher that automatically fills in my refrigerators beverage center :) Thank you Harper for all your assistance with getting the unit replaced. GBinstallation is very simple installation is very simple, my only problem was limited space under my sink, i had to run the hoses to an adjacent space. the filter works great, the taste of our water is very improved , the rate of water flow is very nice.
