Would recommend So cool! I have been wanting something with a good solid removal roof for a long time! Have been searching but all options seem to be way to expensive or cheaply made. PERGOLUX had most of my questions answered by info on website. One quick chat with Kurt and call with a Gal(can’t remember her name) and the unit is on its way. 🎉

I am completely satisfied with the final product. The quality is excellent. The integrated LED lighting is amazing from dim to fully lit. I am very happy that we also opted to add a screen for some additional sun protection. The insulation was a 2-day process removing the pavers and pouring the footings on day one and installing the pergola on day two. Elite Tech Installs really is a class act professional installation Company. They know the Pergolux product very well and we are now looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our pergola.

Great product I ordered a 10 X 13 pergola and received it within 5 days. It was missing some parts and one of the piece was damaged. After speaking to Melissa, she quickly send me the parts missing. Wow really nice quality. Took us 3-4 hours to put together, my 9 years old grandson could have put this together like a Lego project lol Great product Melissa was very helpful and pleasant

Lead times on website are incorrect We ordered our pergola in March since the website said it would be delivered in 5-15 days. After having to reach out to get a delivery estimate, we found out that it was back-ordered and we likely won't get it until July. It is really frustrating because the reason we went with Pergolux is to have the pergola in time to enjoy during the spring/summer. Also customer service responsiveness has been inconsistent.

Awesome Pergola…Extraordinary Experience We got the PERGOLUX Skydance in Anthracite and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The entire thing is extremely sturdy and appears to be very well built. The remote controlled roof slights and light is just super cool and exactly what we wee looking for. I also want to give a shoutout to both PERGOLUX for their quick shipping (ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Saturday) and to Elite Tech Installs, especially Yuri and his team, (they installed it the day after it arrived)! Not only is this an awesome pergola but the shipping and install couldn’t have gone any better. We can’t wait for the Spring to start using it!
