GBA must-have for every backyard! Our pergola arrived on time and was delivered right to our front porch. My husband and I set it up and the directions were easy to follow. We love having a contemporary outdoor space for entertaining guests and spending time outside! The shade is great, we love the remote control and lights. It’s high quality and sturdy! A must-have for every backyard!

CAWould recommend So cool! I have been wanting something with a good solid removal roof for a long time! Have been searching but all options seem to be way to expensive or cheaply made. GBI was very much looking forward to… I was very much looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new pergola from Pergolux. Unfortunately, after placing our order and then checking with our condo association we found out that they do not permit the use or display of pergolas. I was very worried since we had already placed the order that we would not be able to cancel it. I am pleased to report that Melissa, in Customer Service responded to my email right away and helped me with the cancelation of my order. She was caring, understanding and refunded our money within a day's time. Due to her strong customer support, I will be ordering another one for my main home soon!

GBHigh expectations met! I bought the Skydance model. Strong product with a durable finish. Had a couple of bumps along the way with shipping but incredibly happy with the finished project. I anticipate the product will have a long service life. Having piece of mind knowing it is such a durable product is what I was looking for. Great job Pergolux!
