Yuri & Peter assemble and install this product every day! We wanted an installer who was familiar with it to eliminate any problems. You won't be disappointed in the quality, the service or the cost. Is it the cheapest, no. Is it the most expensive, no. It's a reasonable cost for the quality that you get. I was very impressed with the quality of the pergola from the thickness of the material to the coating, to the protection of it during packaging and shipping. It is engineered for pretty easy installment. The lighting and the heater are a great extra touch. And Melissa in customer service is awesome!

A must-have for every backyard! Our pergola arrived on time and was delivered right to our front porch. My husband and I set it up and the directions were easy to follow. We love having a contemporary outdoor space for entertaining guests and spending time outside! The shade is great, we love the remote control and lights. It’s high quality and sturdy! I am completely satisfied with the final product. The quality is excellent. The integrated LED lighting is amazing from dim to fully lit. I am very happy that we also opted to add a screen for some additional sun protection. The insulation was a 2-day process removing the pavers and pouring the footings on day one and installing the pergola on day two. Elite Tech Installs really is a class act professional installation Company. They know the Pergolux product very well and we are now looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our pergola.

There were a few items missing from my original order but the customer service team was on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything to complete the install. Awesome Pergola…Extraordinary Experience We got the PERGOLUX Skydance in Anthracite and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The entire thing is extremely sturdy and appears to be very well built. The remote controlled roof slights and light is just super cool and exactly what we wee looking for. I also want to give a shoutout to both PERGOLUX for their quick shipping (ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Saturday) and to Elite Tech Installs, especially Yuri and his team, (they installed it the day after it arrived)! Not only is this an awesome pergola but the shipping and install couldn’t have gone any better. We can’t wait for the Spring to start using it!
