I was very much looking forward to… I was very much looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new pergola from Pergolux. Unfortunately, after placing our order and then checking with our condo association we found out that they do not permit the use or display of pergolas. I was very worried since we had already placed the order that we would not be able to cancel it. I am pleased to report that Melissa, in Customer Service responded to my email right away and helped me with the cancelation of my order. She was caring, understanding and refunded our money within a day's time. Due to her strong customer support, I will be ordering another one for my main home soon!

The Skydance S2 13’X19’ was the perfect choice. … The Skydance S2 13’X19’ was the perfect choice. We had a great experience with Pergolux and Elite Tech Installs. I am completely satisfied with the final product. The quality is excellent. The integrated LED lighting is amazing from dim to fully lit. I am very happy that we also opted to add a screen for some additional sun protection. The insulation was a 2-day process removing the pavers and pouring the footings on day one and installing the pergola on day two. Elite Tech Installs really is a class act professional installation Company. They know the Pergolux product very well and we are now looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our pergola.

I can’t say enough good things about… I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Pergolux. There were a few items missing from my original order but the customer service team was on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything to complete the install. The product is amazing! It’s a great addition to our backyard.

High expectations met! I bought the Skydance model. Strong product with a durable finish. Had a couple of bumps along the way with shipping but incredibly happy with the finished project. I anticipate the product will have a long service life. Having piece of mind knowing it is such a durable product is what I was looking for. Great job Pergolux!

The product is definitely on the premium side. Best of all is the customer service provided by the Perglux team and helping us to get in touch with the installer over at Elite Tech Installs. Highly recommend working with the preferred installer Elite Tech Installs. Those guys are amazing. Expensive, but worth it. very nice young man One thing we were concerned about was the ETA of the pergola to our home. She was able to give us an accurate time of arrival so that the installers could schedule the installation. Could not get an ETA from Hanso and other brands.
