R&D is the best! R&D has serviced our HVAC for 13 years. With their bi-yearly service, it extended the life of our unit to 17 years! When the HVAC finally gave out, R&D diagnosed it was time for a new system. Ron came out the same day with four estimates for different systems. After getting three other company estimates, R&D had the best price for installation of the new system and service. Once the decision was made Ron ordered the system ASAP and was installed quickly and efficiently the next day. Everyone involved were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and personable.

I feel very comfortable recommending R&D to anyone. Sales Rep was honest and did a good job of educating me on my system and what to expect in terms of repairs and life span... Did not try to up sell anything, but prepared me well for what is going to be an expensive repair. Now I have a clear picture of what system I need to best cool/heat my home now that my crappy builder's grade system is on its way out. Do yourselves a favor and go with R&D... no need to shop around.

Hot Water Heater Replacement This was a preventive maintenance replacement of a 17 year old unit; no known issues with the old one and essentially an "in kind" replacement. R&D had previously replaced my HVAC units and I have a service contract with them. I've been very satisfied with their work which is why I went with them on this replacement. No regrets, I think the price was fair, the techs were great and they did nice work. A few hiccups; on specs in the contract and scheduling, but readily resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend R&D and I will continue to use them.

Thorough and professional When the technician arrived, I initially had my hesitations. He was much younger than most who had worked on my systems. I was blown away by his thoroughness and professionalism. Great service and install Ordered now Lennox gas furnace and AC unit to replace 25 year old RUUD system. Ron was great and gave us real and honest quotes and information. Install was only 2 weeks later after we signed (that included the July 4th holiday weekend). All of the installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing, and how to do things the right way. We have been a customer for 15 years and have always been treated fairly.
