GBOverall I had a good experience with… Overall I had a good experience with R&D heating and Cooling. My only small comment would have been for the installers to start earlier in the morning. They arrived around 9:30 and didn't complete the installation until around 7pm. Maybe they could've loaded their truck at the warehouse the prior night, so that they could've arrived earlier? It was a long day for my tenants. Working with Ron and Ann was a pleasure!

GBThey did everything but fix the problem I called them about The humidifier on our furnace was leaking, so I called R&D. Daniel looked at the humidifier filter and said it needed to be replaced, so he replaced it and said that took care of the humidifier leak. He said the water heater was leaking, and he said he could help me replace it. He replaced the water heater under the warranty (it was less than two years old), and he said that would take care of the leak. The leak continued so I called somebody else. He actually listened to me and looked at the water line on the humidifier, and he found the leak in about 30 seconds. I told Daniel right up front that the humidifier was leaking, but he knew better. I won't call them again.

GBI’ve been working with R&D now for four years I’ve been working with R&D now for four years, from routine maintenance to installation of a new heater and house generator. Always excellent. Always pay exactly as quoted. Never an issue. Emergencies (I lost heat) they were out there that day on a Sunday.

GBZERO STARS! DO NOT HIRE R&D! 3 years ago we hired R&D to replace our heating and cooling systems. They have not worked right from the beginning. Recently the heater didn't work again. A "technician" came out at 9PM, He opened something a spewed soot all over my floor and rug. He did not fix the heater or clean the mess. The next day another "technician" arrived, cleaned the mess, and assumed the chimney was blocked. We hired a chimney professional who determined there was no blockage. The "technician" returned, replaced the filter and nozzle and it worked. We were charged for these "technicians" visits and parts both of which were supposed to be covered by our service contract. We have sent emails requesting return of our money but they do not respond. We had to fight with them to get the unnecessary chimney sweeping cost paid. Additionally, Ann, the General Manager" was quite nasty and unyielding. DO NOT USE R&D! I give them ZERO stars.
