I was blown away by his thoroughness and professionalism. I feel very comfortable recommending R&D to anyone. Sales Rep was honest and did a good job of educating me on my system and what to expect in terms of repairs and life span... Did not try to up sell anything, but prepared me well for what is going to be an expensive repair. Now I have a clear picture of what system I need to best cool/heat my home now that my crappy builder's grade system is on its way out. Do yourselves a favor and go with R&D... no need to shop around.

They did everything but fix the problem I called them about The humidifier on our furnace was leaking, so I called R&D. Daniel looked at the humidifier filter and said it needed to be replaced, so he replaced it and said that took care of the humidifier leak. He said the water heater was leaking, and he said he could help me replace it. He replaced the water heater under the warranty (it was less than two years old), and he said that would take care of the leak. The leak continued so I called somebody else. He actually listened to me and looked at the water line on the humidifier, and he found the leak in about 30 seconds. I told Daniel right up front that the humidifier was leaking, but he knew better. I won't call them again.

R&D Service and Pricing The AC quit during the hottest week of the year. A call to R&D brought out a tech quickly the same day and after comparing quotes from a competing service, the decision was an easy one. They brought out a in house unit quickly to tide us thru the day while they ordered and installed the new AC system. Price was significantly better than the competitor's and the Tech/sales consultant was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend R&D.
